Small & unassuming venue,discreet as its impossible to know from the outside what it is & situated on a main road with handy parking around but none immediately to the front. Built over two levels. Good showers always provided for. Good steam room & spa bath but very quiet actual Swedish Sauna. However good cruising room & dark rooms area well provisioned with tv screens & videos playing although some of dubious quality! Condoms & lube provided free. I've visited this location several times & really got what I went for more than once :p with a couple of older,less attractive but Big guys. I really like the Glory holes & the dark lockable rooms where you can hear whats happening inside even if the doors are shut :) However there are a number of less attractive/winkle pickers that can become annoying but then thats like any other such venue? On a plus side I've had some great sex with older well hung guys(including the best anal of my life) & even a couple of younger fellows but the down side is the majority of clientele are older & unfit & unattractive (nothing wrong with one of these traits but put them all into one guy & we have a munter)and if you're fit they can become annoying. Also had to threaten a younger guy in the changing rooms who seemed to not take no for an answer. It can be hit & miss for the number of guys that can be there & if you're there after 9pm expect it to be very quiet. The acid test of any review is 'would you go again?' Yes I would but because:- a)its near b) reasonably priced after 6pm-I've never been during the day but it is more costly so perhaps it is busier? c)has some good dark rooms/corridors where you have to brush past & can feel/be fondled d)because I've been well fucked on more than one occasion by Tom,Andy(twice) & the big fat bloke with the thickest & juiceiest cock & balls I have ever sucked & squealed as he had me e)because I'd love to meet a couple of the well endowed older guys again
